1300 - 1700	Technology Presentations - Chaired Benoit Hamet, Applications Coordinator This session will cover technologies which could play an important role in the future of phpGroupWare. Interfaces - Sigurd Nes, Bergen Bolig Og Byfornyelse KF Discussion of various interfaces within phpGroupWare, including XSLT, SMS, email, Spreadsheets etc FOSS 2.0 - Olivier Berger, INT Evry Discussion on the changes in FOSS, software licensing and business models. AJAX - Dave Hall, Dave Hall Consulting Discussion on how AJAX can be used in phpGroupWare to improve the user experience when using the webgui. Participant Initiated Discussions Other ideas proposed by conference participants.

7 Nov - Day 2 Developer Discussion and User Tutorials

0930 - 1200	phpGroupWare 1.0 Roadmap Development - Chaired Christian Böttger - Release Coordinator During this session developers will discuss the plans, goals and timelines for the 1.0 release. At the end of the session we hope to have a complete plan for the release.
1200 - 1300	Lunch
1300 - 1700	Ideas for phpGroupWare 2.0 - Chaired Alain Khoury - SNK Intertrade As the 1.0 release is fast approaching, it is time to look at the future of the project. phpGW 2.0 should give us a chance to reevaluate the whole code base and project direction. This session will consist of round table discussions

8 Nov - Day 3 User Day

1000 - 1200	Application Spotlights - Chaired Benoit Hamet, Applications Coordinator Various speakers will give an overview of different phpGroupWare applications. Each talk will last 5 -7 minutes with a few minutes for questions. Comprehensive documentation on the applications will be provided.
1200 - 1300	Lunch
1300 - 1400	Feedback from Users - Chaired by Chris Weiss, Support Coordinator phpGroupWare developers value feedback from our users. This session will allow users to talk directly to developers and let us know what you think about the project. Tell us how we can make phpGroupWare even better for you.
1400 - 1530	Case Studies - Various Speakers Hear about how other people are using phpGroupWare and how it has improved their business processes. 4 or 5 installs will be reviewed in this session.
1530 - 1545	Tea Break
1545 - 1645	"State of the Union Address" - Dave Hall, API Coordinator Speaker will provide an overview of where phpGroupWare is at and where development is headed.
1645 - 1700	Conference Close - Guillaume Courtois, Internationalisation Coordinator A quick recap of the conference and thanks to those who deserve it.
1700 - 1900	Drinks and Networking Meet the developers face to face and talk to them in an informal setting. The cost of this is not covered in the conference fee.
1900 -	Dinner A conference dinner will be held at a local restraunt. The cost of this is not covered in the conference fee.
